Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Qiblify — operated by Resultez Consulting Group LLC, doing business as Qiblify (“Qiblify,” “we,” “us”) — collects, uses, and protects information when you use our display and donation platform (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

• Account & organization data — names, email, phone, organization details, city/country, timezone, and settings you provide.
• Interest / lead submissions — information you submit through our “Get started” form so we can contact and onboard you.
• Donation data — when a donation is made through an organization, limited details (such as donor name, email, amount, and fund) are recorded to generate receipts and reports.
• Usage & device data — basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service, including screen heartbeat/status.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, operate displays, facilitate donations and receipts, communicate with you, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

3. Data ownership and our commitments

Organizations own their data. We do not sell or rent donor data, we do not market across organizations, and we do not contact donors for Qiblify’s own marketing unless they separately opt in. We do not use one organization’s donor data to market to another. Each tenant’s data is logically isolated from other tenants.

Organizations can export their donor and donation records at any time from their dashboard.

4. Sharing & service providers (subprocessors)

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Service, and where required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and data-processing agreements:

• Payment processing — Stripe, Inc.
• Hosting — Vercel Inc.
• Database, authentication & storage — Supabase, Inc.
• Email delivery — Resend (transactional and, where enabled, marketing email)
• Prayer times / maps — the Aladhan API, and Google Maps where used
• Analytics & monitoring — Google Analytics and/or PostHog, and Sentry, where used

This list may be updated as our providers change; we will keep it current here.

4a. Email & communications

Organizations may use the Service to email their own contacts. Recipients can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time and will still receive transactional email (such as donation receipts and tax statements). Organizations are responsible for their mailing-list consent and for complying with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and Canada’s CASL where applicable.

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted payment processing via Stripe, access controls, secure authentication, and row-level (per-tenant) data isolation. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data retention

We retain donation records and receipts for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, accounting, and audit requirements. When an organization is deleted, its data is handled according to our retention schedule; residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a defined period before deletion. You can export your records from the dashboard at any time.

8. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain by law. Donation records are controlled by the receiving organization.

9. Children

The Service is intended for organizations and adults; it is not directed to children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above.
