QIBLIFY

About

Built from inside the community.

Qiblify began with a simple observation from founder Farhan Salad, a software developer in Minneapolis.

The founder

Built from inside the community.

The masjid already brings its community together every day — but many of the tools used to communicate, educate, and fund that community are still disconnected.

Prayer schedules on paper. Announcements spread across posters and group chats. Donation QR codes in different places. Screens capable of reaching hundreds of people each day, often used only as digital clocks.

Farhan believed the screen could do much more.

Qiblify was built to turn those everyday moments into opportunities for connection, learning, and giving.

Prayer times remain at the center. Around them, organizations can share announcements, programs, campaigns, donation QR codes, Qur’an verses, authentic hadith, adhkar, educational reminders, and other beneficial content chosen by their own leadership.

And the experience doesn’t end at the screen.

Qiblify connects displays, giving, fundraising, contacts, and outreach so a person can discover something in the masjid, take action, and remain connected to the organization afterward.

The first Qiblify screen was deployed at Alhikmah Islamic Center in Minneapolis. What started by solving a real problem inside one masjid is being built into a platform for Islamic organizations and the communities they serve.

Qiblify connects the moments that matter — from the prayer hall to giving, learning, and community engagement.

What we will — and won't — do

The principles we want our community to hold us accountable to.

Your organization owns its data

Your donor information, giving history, contacts, campaigns, and content belong to your organization. Qiblify should never become the reason you lose control of your own community relationships.

Your community is not our product

We do not sell donor lists or build our business around advertising to your community. The trust between an organization and the people it serves should remain theirs.

Your donations belong to your organization

Qiblify provides the technology that enables giving. Donations settle directly into your organization's own Stripe account, and Qiblify never holds, delays, or touches them.

Religious authority stays with your leadership

Qiblify is technology — not an imam, scholar, or religious authority. Prayer times use established calculation methods with organization-controlled adjustments. Qur'an, hadith, adhkar, fiqh reminders, educational material, and other Islamic content should remain subject to the standards and approval of the organization using Qiblify.

Technology should serve the masjid — not distract from it

We build technology to make communication, giving, and community engagement easier while respecting the purpose and environment of the masjid.

Build for trust, not just features

When software is displaying salah times, communicating with a community, or helping someone give sadaqah, reliability and trust matter as much as functionality.

Our goal is simple: help Islamic organizations spend less time managing disconnected technology and more time serving their communities.

Put it on the wall before Jumu’ah.

Ten minutes. The TV you already own. A screen your community will actually read.
