Qiblify+ app

Delete your Qiblify+ account.

You can delete your account and its data yourself, from inside the app, in about a minute. If you can't open the app, email us and we will do it for you.

Delete it in the app

Open Qiblify+ and sign in.
Tap More, then Profile.
Tap Account settings.
In the Delete account section, tap Delete my account.
Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm first.

Deleting is permanent and can't be undone. Any recurring gift you have is cancelled.

Can't open the app?

Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile
Your sign-in identity (the login tied to your email or Apple ID)
The organizations you follow
Your notification settings and notifications
Your device (push notification) tokens
Your memberships
Your personal support conversations with Qiblify

What is kept, and why

Donation and receipt records are kept by the organization you gave to and by us for as long as tax, accounting, and legal rules require. Your name and email are removed from them. They are part of the receiving organization's financial records, and we do not use them for marketing.
